Join us on Thursday's from 6:00-7:15 for a football weight room preparation camp that will help you get a jump start to the off-season training program that will take place with the high school coaches during the summer.
Gradual introduction to strength training, specifically the major lifts that will be used by the high school coaching staff in their summer training program. Emphasis on proper warmup, lifting & spotting techniques, SAFETY and smart progression.
In addition to the strength training, essential football speed and agility drills to improve fundamental skills for the gridiron will be a part of the training as well.
Thursdays 6:00-7:15 May 9th through June 7th (5 sessions)
