ADP COVID-19 REOPEN INFORMATION

We're excited to see you!

We hope you and your family are healthy and doing well and certainly miss seeing all of you at ADP. With spring sports having been cancelled, fall sports uncertain and young bodies still growing we look forward to helping each of you continue to develop.

Based on the current directives by Governor Whitmer, we expect to be able to reopen our doors on MONDAY JUNE 12th. We will be paying very close attention to all the federal, state and local guidlines along with our own standards of cleanliness and safety. Here are some of the changes we've implemented and expect:

  1. FACILITY CLEANING - Our entire facility has been cleaned and sanitized for over a month. Moving forward it will be completely cleaned every evening with medical-grade sanitizer
  2. EQUIPMENT CLEANING - Every piece of equipment has been wiped down with disinfectant. Moving forward we will be wiping down each piece equipment as it is used by individual ADP athletes.
  3. SAFETY PROTOCOLS - We will be implementing social distancing and other rules to help ensure we maximize everyone's safety while at ADP.
  4. CLASS SIZES - We anticipate guidelines that will require smaller class sizes. Based on what we are seeing and hearing in the industry we anticipate class sizes not to exceed 6 members plus a trainer. We are excited about the smaller class sizes and delivering a higher quality experience!
  5. CLASS COST - Due to smaller class sizes and higher expenses related to cleaning and disinfection our 2x/week 1 hr classes will be $150 monthly. Adult classes will run 3x/week for 45 mins for $150.
  6. SINGLE DAY CLASSES- Due to smaller class sizes and higher demand we will not be offering 1x/week class registration for ADP athletes, only 2x/week or 3x/week (adults only).
  7. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED - At this point we cannot reserve spaces. With only 6 maximum per class we need to allow them to fill, and if needed, add additional times. The 'waiting list' function still will be available so if a class you want to be in is sold out you can add your name to the list. I will happily see if a registered student is willing to move to make room for you but obviously cannot promise anything.
  8. FURTHER DELAYS or SMALLER CLASSES - If you register for June and we have to delay further we will issue prorated credits as needed for future use. If, say, 6 people register for a class and we can only open with 4 the first 4 registrants will remain in the class and the last 2 can either move to another class (if available). If there are not other classes that will work then they can be first in line for future openings with a credit or receive a full refund.
  9. DAYS & TIMES - We plan to start with the following schedule and add additional times as demand requires:

  • Grade School
    • M/W 5:00 pm
  • Middle School
    • M/W 9:00 am
    • M/W 6:00 pm
    • T/R 9:00 am (if needed)
    • T/R 5:00 pm (if needed)
    • T/R 6:00 pm
  • Advanced/HS
    • M/W 7:00 pm
    • T/R 7:00 pm
  • Adult Circuit
    • M/W/F 8:00 am
  • We will continue to add ADULT, MIDDLE & ADV/HS am/day classes if needed
  • Personal training & small group by appointment only
